Trxp2O Return Policy
At Trxp2O, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our product. Because Trxp2O is a consumable item, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer limited exceptions under specific circumstances.
Standard Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item or quantity
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
- Your package was lost or undelivered (confirmed via tracking)
To request a return, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@trxp2o.com with:

- Order number
- Description of issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We will review your request within 2 business days and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund when applicable.
Strict Enforcement Policy

- No returns on opened or consumed products
